Product Introduction

Dry Fire / Air Heating Tubes

Dry Fire & Air Heating Tubes: High-Temperature Atmospheric Endurance

While standard immersion heaters rely on liquids to dissipate heat, Dry Fire / Air Heating Tubes are specifically engineered to operate safely in open air or inert gas environments. These heaters utilize high-grade, oxidation-resistant sheath materials and specialized internal magnesium oxide (MgO) compaction to withstand the extreme internal temperatures generated when no liquid is present to “wick” the heat away. They are the backbone of industrial furnaces, drying systems, and load dissipation units.
If your old air heater has deformed or burnt out, provide us with the equipment dimensions, and we will re-engineer a more durable replacement.
Technical Specifications Range / Typical Values
Voltage Range 220V / 380V
Operating Temp 200∘C – 800∘C (Based on material)
Resistance Range 20Ω – 600Ω
Current Range 3A – 25A
Sheath Materials SUS321, SUS310S (Ultra-high temp)

Oxidation-Resistant Sheaths: Constructed from premium Incoloy® 800/840 or 310 Stainless Steel, these tubes are designed to resist scaling and structural failure even when operating at “red-heat” temperatures.

High-Temp Internal Insulation: Features ultra-pure, high-temperature rated MgO and heavy-gauge resistance wires (Nickel-Chromium) to ensure dielectric strength remains high at elevated operating points.

Versatile Geometry: These tubes can be factory-formed into complex shapes—including coils, hairpins, and serpentine patterns—to maximize the heated surface area within a specific duct or chamber.

Optional Mounting Flanges: Available with fixed or adjustable brackets, threaded headers, or bulkheads to allow for secure mounting in high-vibration air-handling units.

Heating Tubes

Precision Industrial Heating Elements: Engineered for Your Exact Needs

At Runkel, we don’t just manufacture heating tubes; we provide thermal solutions. Our core strength lies in our unmatched customization capabilities.

Whether you are a researcher needing 1–2 prototype samples for a new project, or a maintenance manager looking to replace a discontinued or aging heating element in your existing machinery, we deliver perfect-fit solutions with no minimum order hurdles.

Why Choose Us? — The Customization Specialist

“From 1 unit to 1,000—we treat every prototype with production-grade precision.”

  1. Zero Minimum Order Quantity (No MOQ)——Most factories turn away small orders. We embrace them. If you need a single tube for a performance test or a rare replacement, we are your dedicated partner.
  2. Perfect Replacement & Retrofitting——Is your old equipment failing because the original parts are no longer available? Send us your drawings, photos, or the physical old part. We will reverse-engineer a 1:1 precision replacement that fits your existing mounting holes and electrical specs perfectly.
  3. Bespoke Engineering Specs——Materials: SUS304, 316L, 310S (High Temp), Incoloy, Titanium, and more.——Dimensions: Diameters from 3mm to 25mm+, custom lengths, and complex bending.Electrical: Optimized for your specific voltage (12V to 480V) and wattage requirements.

How We Work

  1. Engineering Review: Our team verifies the power density and material compatibility for your application.

  2. Agile Production: Your custom order enters our flexible production line immediately.

  3. Quality Assurance: Every unit undergoes rigorous insulation and leakage current testing before shipping.
