Flanged Immersion Heaters are the industry standard for heating large volumes of liquids and gases under high pressure. These units consist of multiple hair-pin shaped tubular elements or “mighty-watt” cartridges welded or brazed into a standard ANSI pipe flange. Designed for direct immersion, they provide 100% thermal efficiency by transferring heat energy directly into the medium (water, oil, chemicals, or gases).
If your boiler is 20 years old and the manufacturer is gone, we can replicate the flange bolt pattern and wattage perfectly.
